Description

The QuikRead go is a fully automated, portable photometer designed for quantitative and qualitative in vitro diagnostic use. The system is engineered to perform high-precision measurements using Immunoturbidimetric and Photometric principles.

  • Operating Principle: The instrument utilizes LED technology to measure the turbidity or color intensity produced by the reaction between the reagent and the analyte. For CRP testing, it employs microparticle-enhanced immunoturbidimetry, ensuring a broad dynamic range and high sensitivity.
  • Standardization & Traceability: All results are traceable to international reference standards. The system utilizes an integrated RFID/Magnetic card reader to transfer lot-specific calibration curves, eliminating the need for manual calibration by the operator.
  • Analytical Performance: It features advanced optical sensors that perform multi-point measurements. The system is designed with an automatic hematocrit correction algorithm, which is crucial when analyzing whole blood samples to ensure the reported concentration reflects the true plasma value.
  • Interference Management: The internal software includes sophisticated blanking procedures to minimize interference from sample turbidity (lipemia or hemolysis), ensuring clinical-grade diagnostic specificity.
  • Data Integrity: Equipped with bidirectional connectivity (LIS/HIS), supporting HL7 and ASTM protocols for seamless integration into electronic health records and quality management systems.
